Refund Policy


Returns Policy - Maya Haitian Taste

Returns Duration:
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and downloadable software or gift cards.

Non-returnable Items:
- Perishable products
- Any item that cannot be resold


Required Documentation:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at infomayahaitantaste@gmail.com.

Sale Items:
Sale items are only eligible for refunds at regular price; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at infomayahaitantaste@gmail.com and send your item to: 1323 Asbury Avenue, Asbury Park, NJ 07712, United States.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping:
To return your product, mail it to: 1323 Asbury Avenue, Asbury Park, NJ 07712, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.
