**General:**
We strive to maintain accurate stock counts, but occasionally there may be discrepancies. In such cases, we'll fulfill available products and contact you regarding any backordered items.

**Shipping Costs:**
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping is collected at checkout.

**Returns:**
**Return Due To Change Of Mind:** We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
**Warranty Returns:** Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping, but will be reimbursed upon successful claim.

**Delivery Terms:**
**Transit Time Domestically:** Typically 2 - 7 days.
**Transit Time Internationally:** Generally 4 - 22 days, depending on the courier.
**Dispatch Time:** Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days.
**Change Of Delivery Address:** Address changes can be made before dispatch.
**P.O. Box Shipping:** We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only.
**Military Address Shipping:** We ship to military addresses using USPS.

Tracking Notifications:
Customers receive a tracking link upon dispatch to monitor shipment progress.

Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If a parcel is damaged, please reject it if possible or contact customer service for assistance.

Import Duties & Taxes:** International duties and taxes are pre-paid.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. If dispatched, refer to our refund policy.

Insurance:
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the courier's stated value.
